To create a Job Ticket you can follow these simple instructions:
Internal Interface
Log into the StingRay's internal web interface as an administrator.
Navigate to Job Tickets.
Click "New" on the right hand side.
Here you can begin to fill in the form.
Start with a Name and Description for the form - this is for internal reference.
Now you can begin creating fields. Select a field type and click Add. You can fill out the field to your requirement and click Save.
Here is a dissection of a field:
Once you've clicked Save, the field will appear below with the details you've entered, along with any other fields you've created. In this list, you also have the ability to move, edit and delete the field within the list.
Finally, select which users this form should be assigned to. You can always change this at a later date.
Click Save in the lower right-hand corner.
External Interface
Now, when a user associated with that form logs into the External Web interface:

The user will be greeted with the form you've created!

Once filled in and submitted, the StingRay will send this along with the files uploaded to your chosen destination.

Once you've uploaded your files, you will be shown a summary of the files uploaded and given the option to either upload more or log out.
